MARY BLAIR

Mary Blair (October 21, 1911 – July 26, 1978) was an American artist who produced art and animation for Walt Disney, drawing concept art for such films as Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan and Cinderella.
Her universe is so unique and so beautiful - here's a few examples.

PIGEN STORM - PART ONE

About a month ago the very talented photographer Kirstine Ploug shot some amazing photos of me dressed in the most beautiful 1950's gowns from the vintage shop FN92 - this is the first part of our wonderful night.

The shoot is called Pigen Storm - The girl Storm.

1950's tulle gown

This dress is the only one from the shoot I actually own. My boyfriend gave it to me as a proposal gift and I also wore it for the 50's party in Vega this year. It's without doubt the most beautiful dress I have in my collection.

1950's velvet Christian Dior gown

It was quite a rush stepping into this exquisite original Dior gown which used to be one of Franks Sinatras girlfriends dresses! Still can't believe it. Oh so beautiful.

1950's wedding gown

This dress is amazing. It's huge, it's really heavy - and it's all lace.
