FOR THE LOVE OF DRESSES
Since I was a little girl I've always loved dresses. My mom used to make me the most beautiful dresses and I simply adored them. When I got older I mostly wore jeans and trousers, but the dresses still had a very special place in my heart. As a teenager I started wearing a lot of second hand clothing and also found some vintage dresses, mostly 1970s and 1980s. I grew up, moved into my own apartment in Copenhagen and started filling my closet with dresses. All kind of dresses - new dresses, long dresses, old dresses, high street dresses, black dresses, short dresses, expensive dresses, colorful dresses...
Then one day I discovered a wonderful little boutique in Copenhagen packed with gorgeous dresses and gowns from the 1890s to the 1990s and from that day on I started collecting real vintage dresses. Especially dresses from the late 1940s to the early 1960s are very dear to me.

Tøjet var bare bedre back in the ol' days;)
