DRESS NO. 1

This dress might not be the first vintage dress I ever bought, but it's without doubt the first vintage dress that made my heart beat a little faster and it really kicked off my collection. The day I discovered this beauty I was hooked! I bought the dress at my all time favorite vintage shop in Copenhagen - FN92 - where I've found so many gorgeous dresses through the years. The webshop is definitely worth a look - www.fn92shop.com.
Dress no. 1 is a 1950s intensive red silk dress with a full skirt and a flattering squared neckline.

    1. Hi Leonie,
Thank you for your lovely comment :) I'm still quite new to all this blogging, but it's a lot of fun and I'm glad you like the blog. Bluebell looks like a real sweetheart, I think I'll have to give my cat, Eddie, a proper introduction one day - he deserves it!
We're having a real cold summer here in Copenhagen this year, but hey, then there's more time for indoor stuff like eating cake and watching a movie.
      Take care - xxx Pia

  4. What an elegant, timelessly beautiful red dress. It reminds me of all of the cherries that are just starting to become ripe around these parts at the moment.

    1. Thats one of the wonderful things about vintage - this dress is about 60 years old but I never think it will go out of style. Thank you :)
